FSS+ User Agreement

Welcome to FSS+ (“Futsal Street Soccer,” “FSS+,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using www.fssplus.net (the “Site”), our training programs, video libraries, digital content, or any services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 13 years old to create an account.
A parent or guardian must consent if the user is under 18.
Authorized to use the payment method you provide.

2. Account Registration

3. Memberships, Payments & Renewals

3.1 Subscription Billing

If you sign up for an FSS+ membership or paid program:

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Prices may change with notice.

3.2 Refunds

All sales are generally final.
Refunds may be granted only in limited circumstances at our discretion (e.g., duplicate billing or proven technical issues).

4. Use of Training Content

All FSS+ videos, programs, drills, images, and downloadable materials (the “Content”) are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Copy, record, or redistribute Content.
Share login details with others.
Use Content for commercial training without written authorization.

We reserve the right to track access patterns to prevent misuse.

4.1 Personal Use Only

All FSS+ videos, training programs, drills, images, documents, and other materials (“Content”) are provided solely for personal and private use.
You are not permitted to use the Content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

Teaching paid classes
Running camps or clinics
Reselling or redistributing Content
Incorporating Content into your own training programs
Sharing login access

Any commercial use requires prior written permission from FSS+.

5. Assumption of Risk

Soccer, futsal, and fitness training involve physical risks.
By using FSS+ training programs, you understand and agree that:

You participate at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe training environment.
You should consult a physician before beginning any physical program.

FSS+ is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or misuse of training content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our Site or Services.
Upload harmful code, spam, or abusive content.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts for inappropriate behavior.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content provided on FSS+ (“Content”), including but not limited to videos, training programs, drills, written instructions, graphics, logos, images, website design, branding, downloadable materials, and all associated media, is the exclusive property of Futsal Street Soccer (FSS+) and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.1 Ownership

FSS+ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user under any circumstances.

7.2 Personal License

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content strictly for personal, private training purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

Users may NOT, under any circumstances:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Content
Share Content publicly or privately
Publish, upload, or post Content elsewhere
Use Content for commercial training, camps, clinics, or programs
Translate, alter, or repackage Content
Remove any copyright, watermark, or branding
Share account access with teams, groups, or organizations

7.4 Enforcement

FSS+ reserves the right to:

Track usage and login behavior
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Take legal action for unauthorized copying or distribution

7.5 Reporting Copyright Violations

8. Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSS+ disclaims all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

FSS+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if so, those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold FSS+ harmless from claims arising out of:

Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of this Agreement
Your participation in any FSS+ training

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Connecticut courts unless otherwise required by law.
